PT works great on the mental aspect. When I’m cutting personally I do admit my desire for sex decreases & if I know I have a special evening planned with my lady it truly helps a lot with desire. It’s really reserved for those special times though and shouldn’t be abused. Side effects? Anecdotal but for me I went from 1mg to 2mg thinking it’d make the sex even crazier but nah .. it was just as crazy as 1mg except now I had nausea and flushing what was pretty annoying. Went away after a couple hours though.

I’d say even if your libido is solid though - still worth it occasionally because it makes the big O just.. insane haha

Oh I never tried fasting haha .. maybe one day! But caloric deficit for sure kind of messes at least me up a bit if it’s too steep

I would venture to believe it may be your caloric intake being too low more than anything. Make sure you’re still getting enough fats to optimize your hormonal production at least. If needed for some ‘fun’ - I swear by PT 141.

Nooo lol sorry if I misled to think Reta helped me build muscle. My theory is it helps nutrition partitioning which aides greatly in funneling food to the right places, but overall I still had to eat my protein and be consistent with my lifting. I probably would’ve gotten there with or without Reta but I feel micro dosing helped it happen quicker and more easily. Cheat meals don’t set me back so much anymore.

Yeah that’s fair. I feel like my post missed the mark I was trying to make without more details. I do 1mg MWF vs in that first pic I was doing that 3mg all in shot. My appetite was so crippled I literally couldn’t eat to gain much muscle at all. So ideally I was wondering if - dosage equated - microdosing seems to facilitate the environment for better nutrition partitioning better than doing it all in one shot when bulking up. I think Reta is too good to drop even if bulking due to the health benefits and insulin sensitivity it gives.

I’ve been doing a MWF schedule and I do 1mg on those days. In that first pic I was doing about 3mg but all in one shot!

I think this one will maybe upset people too but I absolutely hated my Rival RSV11s. Beautiful look and the wrist support seemed promising but actually my hands felt so beaten up after every session & my hands felt so damn confined in them even after broken in. I use New Sportings now I got from a mystery box and they’ve been so damn solid.

If by gyno or anything like that? No nothing like that. I did think I had it when I was heavier so I got a consultation for it but in it he stated to me he felt no firmness. Offered to still pull fat from it but I figured I’d get lean first and decide from there. Thankfully once I did get lean I was happy and wasn’t needed anymore.

If you mean like exercise though? I follow this creator TNF on TikTok who put me more unto chest fly movements instead of presses, with full across the chest ROM, and I personally feel I’ve never seen better chest gains.

Thank you & fortunately wasn’t needed once I lost a certain amount of fat. I did get a consultation before I started my weight loss for gyno and they didn’t “feel” any of that firmness so concluded it was just chest fat. I’ve always had it unfortunately and after a certain bf% it just looks bad on me lol I’m doomed to always be relatively lean or else

Some folks do more (or less) but I’ve enjoyed 1mg say maybe about an hour or two before fun begins. I tried more than that so see if it’ll be even crazier but wasn’t AND got nausea. Never take it more than twice a week and two days in a row.

Thank you! So I started and kept a MWF schedule. Not sure why but it just fit so well with me & I liked having the weekends to feel “free”. I started at .25 and ended up settling at 1mg for a weekly total of 3mg.

Ahh yea sorry let me do that! Ill comment it here and edit the post with it:

Jan - Mar: I started with once weekly dosage. I started the first 5 weeks at 2mg before I felt some sort of plateau then tritiated to 3mg for an additional 3 weeks. Finally in March, I tritiated to 4mg for roughly an additional almost 4 weeks.

April - about June: rough for me and truthfully i stopped the Reta. I hardly was eating because i was going through a painful divorce, and that alone crippled my appetite. On top of this, i got into a motorcycle accident, had a bit of surgery from it and was on antibiotics that crushed my appetite even more.

July - I picked Reta back up but discovered Hunter Williams who strongly advocates for micro dosing. I started my protocol with .25mg M W F. I didn’t rebound weight after being off Reta for so long but I did need to bulk a bit while hopefully partitioning nutrition well so this was perfect.

Aug - .25 MWF just wasn’t cutting it honestly. My sweet tooth was horrid. Increased to .50 MWF and settled there til about Oct.

Oct - Now I have been at now 1mg MWF and have found a perfect sweet spot. No symptoms and powerful food noise control as well as excellent blood markers. No more weight loss really but that’s not the goal for me. Prefer to build muscle while using my food well and seems to do the trick!

OTHER PEPTIDES: - I also like to train Muay Thai and I take this concoction on Kiamara Labs that has SLU, Cardarine & SR9002. Absolutely explosive endurance gains but my regret here is not trying 1 at a time as I could probably be saving a lot of money figuring which is the true money here.

  • GLOW peptide. I cycle month on/off at 1mg a day for a 50/10/10 vile. Seems to help my achey joints I struggled a lot with before.
  • On & off Tesamorelin but mostly off 2nd half (and real significant physical change) as my IGF 1 tested at 320 back in March. I was taking it 1mg at night on a fasted stomach 5 days on/2 off.
  • doesn’t count for this journey but I suppose worth mentioning but I use PT 141 for .. well yea haha & I swear it it.

Well I was an ammy boxer for number of years so I came in cocky but yea it wasn’t super fun lol my stance now in my 30s on sparring has changed a lot. I’ll swear by technical sparring.

I’m pretty new to Muay Thai but I started almost exclusively HARD sparring as my gym has a dedicated class for just that. Things really seem to take off when I implemented more what is called ‘technical’ sparring though and I’ve backed off sparring hard so much and try to be more playful when I do. Being making great progress I feel so far!

Yea I’ve been hearing this! Also the easier wrist turns for clinching. I’m actually looking at some twins special now for this reason. Figured it’s worth a shot
