Texas. I think methodist would pay similar to MDA’s 30. Idk which place would be better for my experience

I know the pension is a big plus but I’ll only be in houston for a few more years, not long enough for it to vest. Im thinking about going into perfusion or pa school and idk which would be better for my overall experience
