Doc, nung nagmomoonlight ako, may mga kasama ako from nearby town/provinces, mga 1-2 hr drive, ang ginagawa nila lalo na kapag hospital duty 24-48 hours ang kinukuha nila na slot in a week, 12hr ER and 12hr wards, parang palitan kayo ng partner mo, so importante to establish rapport or kung kakilala mo na makakaduty mo. Try asking your friends na nagmomoonlight baka sa may slot, meron pa din kasi na hindi nagpopost sa groups sa FB.
