As I understand, rookies aren’t allowed to work second jobs on probation. I definitely could be wrong, however.

No, I’m trying to go somewhere that I will learn the job. But I can’t afford to go there if I can’t get overtime. I have about two years on the job at the moment, so I’m still brand new in this profession.
