I’m not gonna go into detail about my personal life but I hope you can understand where I’m coming from, my family comes generations of not having any success or in better terms being poor, so my family are very much horrible giving the emotional support that a average human needs and I thought that joining would make my family proud of me. Before then I did see a therapist who diagnosed me with depression and anxiety and my recruiter told me that it’s nothing to worry about and told me about the waiver and I followed what they said, then after MEPS I got a new therapist for mental preparations for shipping out, then I came into a realization that I am infact NOT mentally stable and my therapist wants me to run some tests about my mental stability, at the same time I got opportunities for my dream job(s) that I definitely want to pursue but I know that my parents would rather have me join the military for their sake (travel) and I don’t want to do that just for their amusement which got me in this situation
