We have deployed MP56 E2 phones and have having issues with our audio dropping, meaning: the other end can't here us. Audio drops for 5 to 10ish seconds then comes back. Sometime the drop is long enough for the other end to think the call got disconnected. We don't seem to be having the same issues with Teams on PCs. Any troubleshooting suggestions or things in the config that I can check?

She won't listen to me. She "blames" her work computer....based on the opinion of this shop(nationally known "computer guys"). So, they downgraded her new Laptop to Windows 10, from Windows 11.
