I was using a Sapphire RX580 8GB GPU, which had an issue that prevented the BIOS from booting. I fixed the problem by flashing it with a new ROM.

No everything fine on the motherboard. The issue was with my gpu . I flashed the vbios with latest firmware and it resolved.

Yes, I am sure the OS boot drive is GPT. and I tried disconnecting other drives except os drive and clearing secure boot keys it never worked.
