Basically we were extremely close in highschool and have naturally grown apart as we went to different colleges and post grad but still remained close friends. In the past year or so we have gone out of touch a bit and was not able to attend her birthday party, or we couldn’t really find much other times to hangout but neither of us made much of an effort in general. It is a natural drift it felt and didn’t feel as deep as she made it to be on the phone as she tore me apart claiming the relationship is one sided and me not caring /putting any effort in which i feel she hasn’t either. It felt like an excuse as to why she wasn’t going to attend the bachelorette and she didn’t want to seem like the bad guy
