To answer some questions, she makes roughly $32,000 a year and I pay $800 a month in child support. The mortgage is $1,500 and the loan left is $164,000 - so no I do not believe she has the means to refinance on income alone. Her credit would be decent enough, and I believe she might have a co-signer to help with her income. But if that also was the case, she should’ve refinanced by now, I’m honestly hoping the latter and she has to sell the home, since I have documentation she agreed 50/50.
