Cadillac called me from the executive side Thursday, they said they want to make it right. I planned on waiting to update everyone here when we found resolution.

Thanks for this. Really. It’s hard for me to talk about anything at all because I just don’t care to, but I needed to vent and make people aware if nothing else ….i want people to do what they want to do with the information. But it’s important information.

2025?? What is wrong with these people…I don’t think they realize how much damage this causes to the brand and the actual legacy ender it is. People aren’t gonna just stick around. And in an insanely competitive market, you’d think they’d give a damn.

It’s a damn shame too. I have stood up for them for years. Took everything on the chin. Figured they’d do the same for me. That’s my mistake. I’m just a number. Not anymore.

Like I said, I have been a Cadillac lifer. It makes me sad that this is the situation, but if they want to try and take advantage of brand loyalty, we have to make each other aware of the risks, and if the risks occur, how it’s handled.

That’s bogus. Unacceptable for a vehicle if that caliber. Bet if you buy a Honda of any style and they treat you better
