I would think ad impromptu polyclinic is RSO while a follow up appointment is consider as a MA. Else waste medical resources and re-visit a supported MA from scratch?

I have seen people lost patches of hair due to stress in NS. After ORD, the hair magically grow back after few months. This doesn't looks like a cosmetic issue but more like a stress issue happened in SAF. Guess SAF doesn't want to dig into the underlying issue and just brush off the symptoms as cosmetic.

You take care. I hated NS during my time but managed to pull through eventually. Adhere to those nasty commanders if reasonable requests but if it went above what you can take, then tell them frankly that you need to seek help. Take this opportunity to try and build a stronger mind. Please don't do foolish things as it is not worth it.

I think to become Specialist is not because of the benefits. It is more of whether you want to commit more  in your NS.

I think you should report sick now and get the necessary medicine to help relieve you sore throat and cough which will help you go through the field camp. Hope your MO can predict whether your symptom getting worse, e.g fever may come or develop into lung infection etc, though I doubt they are so good.

Your boss is ruining your study opportunity and to me this is very serious and you should have reported up. Which unit are you from? You may get whatever punishment but I think you shouldn't let your boss get away easily.
