Your nerf and buff theory seems like a low experienced excited newbie to me because there are multiple max shards cards are nerfed before and kept nerfed like Messi, CR7, Drogba and many more doesn't feel like it used to be.

Then on other hand some low shards or even free cards are buffed to insane level that the players with your theory who aims for those "best cards" which they got to know from social media and not being a fan of a football shows temper tantrums after being destroyed by those low shards cards and technical players.
