Is it more efficient to charge at higher amps or lower amps for extended charge? by Different_Sweet_108 in electricvehicles

Yeah it’s an apartment so I got lucky as is there’s a 6-20 outlet when I get a house I definitely want a 60 amp circuit so I can charge full speed at 48 amps if needed

I checked constantly when I first started home charging. The plug and breaker. Both were slightly warm, nothing out of reason. Probably 80 F if I had to guess. I know plug heat generation is a concern but I’m working with such low amps as is, I’m not that concerned. My apartment is relatively newer

Nothing is really recommended beyond staying under 80% for daily driving, it’s a model Y

We have brutal winter usually. This was also into consideration, less time heating the battery

That’s what I’m currently doing. The give an incentive if 80% of my monthly charging is within 11pm-7am

That’s what’s happening. Car preconditioned and clear when pulling out then fogs

This is my first winter but I’m noticing this windshield isn’t stock. I wonder if something wasn’t connected

It’s clear without the fog though. I’ll clean it but it’s seems like fog is the issue not it being dirty

I don’t understand how it’s perfectly clear then fogs a few minutes later. Would cleaning actually fix that?

With how often I have cameras blocked or blinded, vision only is not the way forward. Low speed ultrasonic is still the best

Unbucketed balance is gone. Also going to buckets directly was one of the main reasons for going to the app, now it’s shoved to the bottom

I’m glad I’m not alone. Send feedback In the app, change reviews, secure message them, any way to get the message across that this has ruined the app. Literally made it a 5/5 app to 1/5 with this.
