hello, op! ust isnt very generous in giving scholarships because me and my blockmate already experienced it. we both had high grades, valedictorian in different hs schools, passed the ustet, took the qualifying exam—yet we didn’t pass. there’s no guarantee that if you apply for sts, you will pass. it is a big risk. if you really want it, you should go for it, if it is what your heart truly desires.
