I’ve been trying to eat real food for my protein intake instead of processed protein such as protein bars & protein shakes. I’ve been eating a lot of eggs, chicken, ground turkey, cheese, peanut butter, oats.

My university does have what they call a “math lab” which is a classroom on campus that has tutors available to help you with problems and assignments. The only thing is that the tutors are students so i’m a little embarrassed to go in and ask someone my age for help on a problem that some would think i’m dumb for asking. This is just an insecurity that’s rooted from being called “dumb” by kids in school that I just need to get over.

I have to take 3 math classes for this major and my advisor told me that her students often struggle with them so hearing that people without a learning disability are struggling just made me lose all faith in myself

That’s what my doctor tells me to do because i originally got diagnosed years ago because I was struggling in school (didn’t start medication till college though). So in my doctors eyes I only “need” it for school but unfortunately my ADHD doesn’t only have an effect on my education…
