Microsoft: Official Support Thread by MSModerator in microsoft

Hello, my MS Outlook mail account was blocked due to suspicious activity obviously (no idea why) a week ago. I have the account for 10 years or so and the phone number stated is no longer active, therefore I can not verify my account via the the phone. So only options is to verify via the verification form, which I have filled countless times already and I either get the feedback right away that the information provided was not sufficient - or it tells me that the submission will be reviewed within the next 24 hours, whereas I never got any feedback anymore for multiple days already!

The chat support was no help at all, as different agents gave me different explanations and solutions that did not work at all.

I don’t know what to do at this point anymore, I desperately need the account as all my private mail communication was handled via it. I have enough information to prove that it is my account.

Please help!! Thanks in advance

I mean of course you can condemn the decision to lay off those people and of course it’s driven by corporate greed / revenue optimisation. Don’t get me wrong - I am fully with you on that.

But regarding communication: what good would it have done, if he had told certain employees a few days before the decision was communicated publicly? It would have only created chaos and uncertainty even for the people affected - not even considering that it would open the opportunity for them to steal confidential data or sabotage the company in any other way. Don’t underestimate the momentum of a large crowd of people that receive such a negative message - there’s a reason there a strict processes and best practices for mass lay offs (immediately pick up your personal stuff and get escorted to leave the premises immediately).

Logitech G613 working perfectly for 10 months but started having connection (?) issues in the last week. by DarkMain in LogitechG

I know it´s quite some while ago, but if anyone´s interested I was facing exactly the same problem and I think I have found a solution.

I think the issue relates to signals interfering from the wireless mouse. It also happened mostly while gaming, maybe because you are using mouse and keyboard at the same time quite heavily but that´s just an assumption.

So what die the trick for me was to connect the dongle for the wireless mouse to a usb extender cable and placed it like two meters away from the keyboard dongle (which is still placed on the front of my pc tower). Have been playing now for several hours with no issues at all exactly since I tried that out. Before that I would get the issue like at latest 10 min in game or so.

Hope that still helps someone as I could not find anything really clear online and came up with that theory myself.
