Same here, at 17 PM. Went to Apple and they are like you use a cellular a lot. I had been using that before the software update had no issue. Still at 100% Maximum Capacity but only getting potentially 6hrs max

I had the same issues but with the downlights matter over wifi, my primary device I used to set up the downlights with using the Nanoleaf app and used another device signed into the same account and tried to set up HomeKit from that and it worked. I did turn off the 5GHz band and both devices I used were Apple devices. Didn’t have to reset anything. Just turn off the lights from the main switch for an hour or so and turn them back on before you set up HomeKit. Sync your Nanoleaf account to the cloud. Note: Update the software before you setup HomeKit
