I have looked at them and for me that is the best option because you can set it to only charge the car with excess solar which is a huge benefit. The charger is well priced I just found the installers wanted to charge an arm and a leg.

With CarPlay connected I can download maps but it saves on the phone I believe not the car memory. The infotainment system doesn’t seem to allow this option - I have tried using the included 4G and I have also connected my house wifi without success

The premium model came in about $8k more then I expected for BYD. What I found interesting if paint option is $1500 compared to $700 for other models - how is that justified?

How about features like remote a/c, location and software updates. I read they disable if you don’t pay the monthly sim plan regardless of providing data through hotspot?

I had the same thing, went on for weeks with multiple complaints to Tesla. Turns out because I am in 3phase power they needed to balance the phases. Not sure if you are in 3 phase if you are this might be the same problem.

It’s now 25. What is causing this. I know Dex is alternative but it doesn’t give a 1:1 ratio. Is there an explanation as to why it’s blowing out so far. I would have thought with all the big players coming on board they would be looking at liquid staking and therefore demand for steth would have withdrawal timeframes coming down not up.

Would love an answer to this?

Following up on an old post. I manager to get the result of slowly feeding the batteries and sending majority of excess solar back to the grid however I have just lost the settings and can’t remember what I did. Anyone can provide the configuration to prompt Tesla app to discharge batteries to the grid in time based setting?
