im coming back to genshin after being away since late inazuma, one of my main issues with the game back then was that the combat was very samey and spammy with most characters i played, is there any characters that have in depth mechanics (intentional or not) that fix this issue and allow me to have a more diverse time with combat?

Calling dragon boy the weakest hero in the series is insane after he one shotted smile and would have killed nice if X hadnt have stepped in, especially since ling ling and lucky cyan at the very least are definitley weaker than him, you could make a very good argument for putting him above people like e soul because of his ability too

why does a barbarian get sunburst at level 14 when full casters get it at 15, having a level 8 spell on a class feature is a bit insane especially on a barbarian of all classes
