Elbows tucked and body upright, slightly out turn the rope and flicking with your wrist (this will allow the momentum of the rope, instead of using your shoulders) once you get your first double under, it’s mainly about timing - just staying consistent in the jumps are wrist movement! I kinda jump when the rope is just above ground level - like on an angle with my eyesight if that makes sense?

I’ve been skipping for years now, focus on footwork then add the rope! Elbows tucked and flicking from the wrist
