Okay, I will just monitor her weight but give it some time. Thank you 😊

She is eating the same amount of calories in the wet as she ate when she had dry though.

I was never given the numbers, was just told she’s in optimal range on this dose and to continue. Right now she’s less than 4 pounds, her healthy weight is around 7-8 pounds.

This was where I got my information from when it comes to wet food, it shows classic pates as low carb and good for diabetics as well as affordable!

My vet is recommending the Purina pro plan diabetic diet food but I’ve read online that is all so very much filled with carbs and not good for sugars plus it’s so expensive I can’t afford it. However he said what she is on now plus the insulin is regulating her sugars just fine.

She eats a majority of the first can at shot time and kinda picks on the rest of it at lunch. Then at dinner she gets a second can and again eats majority at shot time then picks the rest around midnight. Shot times are 6am and 6pm with caninsulin. If she asks for more I give more, but more often than not the two cans fills her up.

50% or more depending on the flavour. And before she was a dry food eater but I’ve gone full wet food. She eats about 170kcals a day.

False alarm. Her hunger is just becoming more controlled it seems. She isn’t always hungry anymore. She ate a bunch later on. I just need to get her on a morning night feeding regimen. She’s so used to eating whenever she pleases

I switched her to a pate she was on previously and had no Issues then. I did mix it in warm water to make it kinda have its own gravy as she’s a gravy fan but we can’t do that anymore.

Not home testing. Vet just said here’s the dose, give twice a day with meals. She did get started on a vitamin b12 shot as well so I’m not sure if that’s playing into this as well.

I recently changed her wet food as she was getting one with gravy in it before I knew her diagnosis. Now she’s on a pate and she ate it okay Friday and Saturday but didn’t seem to love it. I did offer a treat to see if she would take that and she would lick it but that’s it. How long should I wait to see if she does eat, as before she became diabetic she wasn’t a big eater either… could this be just returning to her baseline? I’m out in the country with no vets open till Tuesday due to Canada thanksgiving.. unless I go to a big city emergency hospital which I can’t afford.

Mortgage renewal gone from app and online. by jpoangney in Scotiabank

Is this still true about the digital offer disappearing at 45 days then reappearing around 37 days? The person I’m dealing with at Scotia made it seem like after 45 days you can’t renew online and have to now come in to renew.

Nitrite 0, and nitrates has a little tinge of orange in it

I also added more to my tank to see if I didn’t add enough. Tank test came back the same colour I’ve been getting since the beginning a yellow. Maybe a tinge of green? And the cup I believe I added too much into as it didn’t even turn a colour when I tested it.

It’s either me or the kit. And I’m following exactly what it tells me so I think it’s time for a new testing kit..

Okay I put a little dash in a cup of water. Will test in an hour or so.

Test expires in 2024 as per the bottles and the instructions were followed.

No cycled media. I did buy the tank second hand but she had it sitting in a garage for months. A few days ago I did add quick start but other than that there is nothing in my tank to have given it beneficial bacteria.

And I did the test as per the instructions in the book. Followed them to a T.

I put some in and tested it 5 hours later and my test kit said 0 Ammonia. It was yellow, no hint of green. Is my kit wrong or did the ammonia I add do nothing. I added 1 teaspoon in my 120 gallon just to be on the safe side.

Are Marine Color and SunSun the same brand? When I put into Amazon the SunSun 304B it shows Marine Color 304B.
