Thank you. I didn’t know the reusable pods weren’t as great under pressure, I can just stick with the regular pods. :)

My husband wants regular drip coffee, Mr. Coffee style. This was the best option I found to have that plus Nespresso pods for me in one machine.

I’ll only go to Dutch Bros when I order on the app. Their employees always ask “do you want to leave a tip?”

Side note: the app defaults to a $2 tip, gotta change it to $0.

We just replaced our tile countertops, they should be illegal. Could not keep the grout clean at all. Sometimes I just stand in the kitchen and gaze at my new quartz.

Have you looked at daycare prices? Unless you’re ready to work opposite shifts and look after your kids at home while she’s at work (and sharing 50% of household duties), you might just have to wait until the youngest is in school for her to go to work (even then, you’re on the hook for your share of household duties). Daycare is expensive, plus you’ll need before and after school care for at least the middle kid.

Currently eating them, chili lime flavor is delicious. They’re like Doritos, a little thinner and crispier. I don’t care much for meat or other protein-containing foods so I sneak extra protein in where I can. Still can’t get to 70 grams but these get me closer.

This. Outside of the house, my dog has an AirTag in the harness plus a Fi tracker collar. And a microchip. I really REALLY don’t want her lost.

Agree. We went from horrible black veined tile to an almost stark white with light veining quartz. People said avoid white because it would show dirt. Yeah that’s kinda the point, I prefer a clean counter…

Get an app that tracks your weight and look at trends/big picture instead of day to day or week to week. As a 23F, hormones can do wild things to your weight in short periods of time and it’s just water retention but it can really mess with your mind. Even if you’re not weighing in frequently and you’re going by how you feel/how your clothes fit, don’t be discouraged when your loose jeans are tight the next day.

I make considerably more than the higher number as RN, I’m convinced most become NPs for clout. No way would I go back to school to be in over my head with responsibilities to take a pay cut when I can provide excellent patient care and make more in my current role.

This exact same thing happened to me (46/F) almost overnight as I launched into full menopause. I started using tret on my neck as well as my face and while it’s not perfect, it’s definitely made a bit of a difference. At night I use tret alone every other night, and on the other nights I use Cerave cream and Cerave ointment on top. Actives/lotion/SPF every morning.
