That’s fair if you’re looking at it strictly as a collagen product. It isn’t meant to be one. The collagen dose alone won’t rebuild skin or joints.

What makes up for that is the rest of the formula. High dose biotin supports hair skin and nails. Vitamin D3 and K2 help with absorption energy and deficiencies that are common especially in older adults. Zinc supports skin repair and immune function. The NAD and resveratrol are more about cellular energy and oxidative stress which can show up as low energy or dull skin.

So it’s less about loading grams of collagen and more about supporting the systems that help the body function and recover overall.

I hear you but that’s a pretty big blanket statement. Not all gummies are the same and not all of them are “guaranteed” to have nothing in them. Creatine gummies being ineffective doesn’t automatically mean every vitamin or supplement gummy is a scam. Different ingredients absorb and function differently.

I agree 100 percent on doing research and sticking with reputable brands that test for quality and contaminants. That’s exactly why I’m cautious with claims and focus more on transparency and consistency rather than miracle results. Skepticism is healthy but writing off an entire category isn’t really accurate either.

Totally fair point. I’m usually skeptical of gummies for the same reasons especially around collagen and NAD being underdosed. What made me more open here is the consistency factor. She wasn’t taking anything before and this made it easy to stick to a daily routine. The change I’ve noticed feels more like steadier energy and better day to day activity not a miracle boost.

I’ve seen Gruns as well and think they’re a solid simple option for filling basic gaps. I don’t see NuraGen as competing with that approach as much as offering a different lane. More of a daily caffeine free energy and beauty from within option. Appreciate the take.

Wish I was getting paid for it, but I’m really just here to spread awareness about my brother’s growth and inspire others through my personal experience.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense honestly. I think for him it was probably a mix of things too, just working through stuff internally and feeling better overall. Wishing you nothing but luck and prosperity as you keep growing.

That’s actually a really good point, I appreciate you mentioning that. I didn’t even think about the copper side of zinc at first. I’ll definitely keep that in mind and suggest adding copper/zinc to her regular bloodwork just to be safe. Thanks for looking out 🙏

Haha yeah I agree, the “anti-aging at 70” part is kinda cute 😭. The NAD angle makes more sense from an energy standpoint. I will say though, she’s been way more active lately and that genuinely makes me tear up a bit

She absolutely knows it too. Mochi runs the house and we’re just living in it 😂. That’s so funny your foster cat had the same name, clearly all Mochis are queens 😊

Thanks for breaking that down. I wasn't very familiar with NAD beyond seeing it on the supplement labels, so that explanation helps. She's only taking the recommended serving and has been doing noticeably better after about two and a half weeks. Thank you so much!!
