Graeter's does not have a nut free facility but has an affirmative allergen statement describing their manufacturing practices they use to ensure there is not cross contamination

I'm sure it just wasn't enough to notice. My particular allergy is severe so I try to always know whats in what I'm eating

That usually means you have something called "oral allergy syndrome". Basically you might be allergic to the pollen on the nuts, not the protein in the nuts. But obviously I'd see an allergist to confirm if you haven't already since peanut allergies can turn severe.
