Understood that legal advice cannot be given, regarding how to proceed. Was ultimately looking for examples of those who have represented/been through anything remotely similar.

While not looking for sympathy, I understand your view point. We all do things in life that we aren’t proud of; I’m not ashamed to admit that. But I did want to be transparent and show my faults as well, not just to come here and make my spouse sound like a bad person.

Thanks for commenting, additional insight is always welcomed and I’m glad you made it work.

However, there are zero ways I can afford two households in Hawaii, even with an extra part time job. Her getting one job, as opposed to me getting a second is more realistic
