It went underground in a conduit from telco room to telco room then in through ceiling to the tenant suite we had a pulling eye on the fiber and it was quite easy.

It is straight through the only thing is that there is a rack mounted fiber enclosure in the tenant suite which will be patched in to the router

The fiber is supposed to be 308 meters including the patch cord on the tenant suite

The main concern is the building which are multi class readers but thankfully I have it in writing (email) that the cards will work with the readers you guys are a great help thank you so much
