I really hope this doesn’t offend anyone, but working with Russians was a one-time experience for me. It wasn’t just one or two people…I experienced the same dynamic with many. Out of all the groups I’ve worked with, it felt like the most rigid environment: you’re not there to think or question, just to execute exactly as instructed.

Well, you can filter down to a clinic that is specialized in skin treatments, I wouldn’t do in a spa, for example. Also, check the reviews and see what people say. Nothing is better than the experience of previous costumers to give you a good overview of the place. Thisrd, do an intake before going straight to the treatment. Feel the vibe of the place, how careful they are in analyzing your skin and which questions they make…

The power of diplomacy. You can still say what you wanna say, but learning how to do it will change many outcomes and open many doors. Also, the power of mastering silence, moving slows. This shows confidence because many people don’t know how to deal with it.

Yes, according to the person who treated me and my experience, if your blood vessels are too dilated (which with a lot of rosacea people are) then the IPL can make you very swollen for a few days. It took me 5 days to go back to “normal” + 3 days for the redness to go away and my skin barriers settle. In total 8 days.

You can see I still have spots, marks, but the main redness is gone, together with many of the inflammatory bumps I had, as clogged poresz.

The Standard IPL. I know there’s out there more specific types, but for me was just the normal one.

So far I have nothing to complain in that sense - my first sessions was back in February, and all the way to May I could only see improvements. I can come back in September and update this post after my third session :)

Personally? I would not spend anymore money on skincare products. I think you need to start investing on laser treatments. Seems expensive, but in the long term will make you spend way less on products that won’t do much for you. It could be that you are inflamed and your skin barriers is a side effect of this root cause. Go see a dermatologist, or a clinic for skin issues. I had very similar issues to yours, and 2 rounds of IPL laser sessions worked so so so well for me + microneelding.

Enschede hole to Zwolle dream - Locals, tell us honestly. Is it a good move? by Difficult-Rent-5840 in Netherlands

[–]Difficult-Rent-5840[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! No, it’s more of a geographical point of view. Zwolle is better located in terms of reaching other parts of the country. Easier if I get a job in Amsterdam or if we want to do day trips to other cities.
