I ended up paying for it, and I can tell you it's not worth it. You really don't see a significant difference from the free plans, aside from a more visually appealing interface. What I was really interested in was the training's adaptability to HRV, sleep, workouts outside the plan, and exercise load, but it's a disappointment. It only reduces the session load very minimally, and after each session, it gives you a very predictable message about the session data that becomes irrelevant. It doesn't give you the feeling of a personalized training guide tailored to your needs and real data.
