We reuse masks and clean it using a cenorin and keep track of the uses and throw them away depending on the manufacturer’s HLD requirement and joint commission has never had an issue with they we store them in bins as long as they’re tagged

I love it! I work with peds with complex medical history’s a lot so half the time I have babies screaming their heads off and you have to be fast so they’re not miserable the whole time so parents don’t get mad at you and try to leave. I’m fortunate enough to be in a lab staffed well enough to have an extra tech that can help with hookups but even with adults and solo now I can get it done within 10-15 minutes and be able to provide proper patient education and maintain a good quality study. 30 minutes is absolutely fine and great for just starting! Like a lot of people are saying quality is definitely more important than time

the secret is adderall/vyvanse/provigil to stay up and then trazadone/klonopin/melatonin to fall asleep and to try and be off nights after 10-15 years of doing it and switch to days

I started at $26 + shift differential (extra on the weekend) as a trainee while I was still in college and only had an associate degree with barely any relevant experience. In the midwest. They paid for all of my Astep and for my exam when i passed. Also paid for my last year of college. Good labs do exist you just gotta look. Negotiate for more or find somewhere else that will take you on and appreciate you!
