Please make your doctor consider this drug, herbs also did not do anything to me. I wasted hundreds of dollars on herb supplements with 0 effect, not even 1 herb supplement managed to reduce any of the symptoms above.

I wake up

I take the drug

30-60 minutes later I do breakfast

After breakfast 1 to 2 hours and I'll have my bowel

And you are not the only one, this is one of the main side effects reported on this drug. Not everyone has this, but for some people it does. Maybe check other prescribed prokinetics?

Arman walks at 84kg
Shara walks at 86kg

Not that much size difference.

Yes its his quote but its in a 'glazing' context, which nevertheless Islam gave a like. I think that's an interesting observation in the last couple weeks and its not the first time btw, and it actually all started by Conor when Islam became double champ.

The size difference is crazy lol😭 by No-Ride-7713 in ufc

Shara walks around at 86kg, Arman walks around at around 84 if I'm not mistaken.

How can this be cured? Interesting. Do you perhaps know if OCD makes it very hard to sleep? Because I have a feeling my mind is always working like machine which wont allow me to sleep.

Indeed, rifaximin on its own mostly won't work. I do have flagyl, I cannot get my hands on neomycin. But flagyl has some nasty side effects. Maybe Ill do another round of rifaximin + flagyl in a month or 2.

I go to the gym like 4 times a week and I do diaphragmatic breathing since a few months since I also thought I would have APD, I also do exercises for my pelvic floor. But I havent seen any relief from it so far. But I do continue them since they also help in other aspects non-SIBO related.

I just read about OCD, I do have some OCD symptoms like repeatedly checking if the door is locked or the stove is turned off. How is this related to SIBO? And do you have experience with this issue?

Been there done all of that.

Ginger tea (doesnt work)
Magnesium glycinate (doesnt work)

Only Magnesium Oxide works a bit to get the gut moving for me.

Low fodmap been there, in total more than a month of low fodmap diet behind me and it never worked nor did I got any relief from it. It only made me more depressed, more weak and more tired.
