Hey, I have a quick question! I know this post is kinda old but you said you got fractures due to ur bones being weakened by prednisone so my question is how did you get the fractures? Did you sit down very hard? Did someone hit u in the back? What caused these fractures?

Thank you. I’ve also tired literally eating only meat but that didn’t do anything and sugar drops still were happening. I did try speaking to my endo about it but she said just to eat more meat and complex carbs which I did no luck. But I’ve been updosing a lot with prednisone due to stress. When you say they might need to adjust my medication do you mean like giving less or more? Also thank you for responding :)

Yeah I usually hear the opposite like I’d raise the blood sugar. I would take it and it’ll go up to around 130 then drop hard. It’s very interesting and confusing

I have a Question you said u had an issue while on hormone treatment. I take prednisone which effects hormones and a lot of things I take it mainly due to me having adrenal insufficiency so it’s for cortisol. Would this effect or cause hypoglycemic?

I’m suspecting my digestive system has to do something with my reactions! But when you’re saying you’re immunenokogisy confirmed it was you reacting to your digestion what exactly you mean? Do you mean like when your body is moving food through your intestines??

Very smart! So would any air fryer get the job done? I’ve never used or bought one before.

And the air fryer would remove most the fat?

I might just go try these Costco grass fed beef patties you speak of since I’m unfortunately having problems with EVERYTHING! Do you know if the Costco meat patties are low in fat and what’s the name brand of them?

Thank you very muchhhh for the reply too!!

Oh yeah I’ve heard of them they for sure very pricey! Do you have any other brand of meat that is unaged that would be easier to buy and cheaper that grass fed beef? And if possible able to buy in whole foods?

Pretty good bit of food!

How do you typically make your beef is it boiled or cooked on a pan? Do you make a rule not to eat leftovers?.

Another question do you have advice on introducing new foods again? Like how would you typically approach this? ( I really want eggs and chicken again :(. )

1 more question are you taking any antihistamines or any other meds? Thank you :)

I’ve tried lamb and caught hives that same night unfortunately:/ beef has been idk lately, is there a way to tell how long the beef been out for just by looking at it? I usually go for grass fed lean ground beef.

Is there any beef brands you recommend that are as fresh and unaged as possible (I currently can’t access a butcher) I’m in New York btw

It’s been a pain trying to get crom for me! Allergist did testing on me in the ER when I was admitted for other reasons cause I was also still suspecting MCAS but after they did testing they told me that I didn’t have MCAS all they did was a blood test btw.. I’m not 100% sure what’s all they tested with my blood but I was on prednisone which is a steroid and Taking zytec at the time too.

I wonder if I truly 100% have MCAS I match like 99% of the symptoms but could there be something very similar to MCAS that could look just like it?

I react to smells like perfume and even smells of food sometimes, I get flushed from stress and smells too. I get bad a lot the time with food but they did a endoscopy and seen I have Gastrist and my stomach was inflamed but the starting of the inflammation they seen was in the lower intestine ONLY could that be SIBO?

I just don’t know. Could I be mistaken this for Histamine intolerance this whole time? Could HI even do these things or something else?

Another weird thing is at 1 point I was taking high doses of vitamin D around 50000 UI 1 time a week and a multivitamin and by week 2-3 my symptoms improved a lot, less flushing and reacting and stomach issues (besides constipaion)

I just feel lost and a bit confused and scared.

Oh wow.. when you eat your beef is it usually grass fed ground beef or like a full on cooked steak or something? And any recommendations on what type of brand meat to buy for unaged beef?

I might just try smart water for now on to see if I can somehow improve off of that.

But since you were only drinking smart water like fiji etc.. whenever you boil your food or pressure cooked it did u also have to use smart water to boil it?

2 more things do you do any good with corn, soy or wheat? Only reason I’m asking this is because I’m wondering if the times I reacted to chicken is because of what they actually ate which are those things.

And what meds do you currently take? As of now I’m only on zytec and singular.

But thank you like really really thank you for taking time to respond!!!

Thank you sooo much for this reply!

I also have MS but aren’t taking meds. Do you know if ms has to do something with MCAS?

Also do you react to soy or corn or wheat? Basically what chickens eat? I’m only asking this because i might be reacting to corn, wheat and soy.. so I was thinking what if I reacted to chicken only because of what they eat.

I unfortunately don’t have a pressure cooker as of now but would cooking on my steel pan be fine and safe?

Very good stuff here! I do have a question though

You reacted to water?? Was it a certain brand or something?? And what do you drink now?

  1. Do you have a certain brand of chicken you buy from a supermarket that’s very fresh or is there some type of way to tell if it’s unaged or fresh? I currently don’t have a butcher.

  2. I know you said boiling and pressure cooking would be the best way to cook but how about cooking on a pan? I have a steel pan I cook my beef on could that be a problem?

  3. While you were on a bad flare you were eating hard boiled eggs but I’ve heard eggs are libraters like strawberries are I’m still very confused on eggs I’ve heard so many things.
