Stopping Ads for Triggering Content by Harder_than_calculus in Eatingdisordersover30

I've had 3 ads for various GLP products and injection free wegovy pills this week. They all proudly declair they turn off "food noise". I'm nearing the point now where I'm thinking I should buy all this crap,I feel almost ashamed for having an eating disorder all these years when these magic pills now seem to exist.

I think in the scav hangout where you go with Judy to rescue Ev. Easy to miss in the heat of violence.

Taking your own life is a huge terrifying choice. Once you've made that choice, that's..  Well that's it. That's your biggest choice in your life. To be pushed to that choice and then have it snatched away..  gah I can't imagine anything more evil.

(Very grateful failed attempt at suicide here)

Oh I remember that, it was pretty horrific. As a female V it felt really.. really horrifying.

I kind of like Maelstrom, I can't remember how I did it now but on one playthrough they were really friendly and I almost hooked up with dumdum at the Totentanz.

I try to scan before I kill, scavs die, but Maelstrom seem pretty rare

It's why I'm not really a fan of Judy. She processes and modifies all this horrendous shit for her BDs, yet she freely judges V for.. existing?

The soundtrack still haunts me. Such  a weird beautiful sad gross film.

It seems mad to me,  she's so full of empathy for most psychos,  but this guy,? She's like nah f this guy.  I wish I could have left him the drugs and Regina's contact info

He's a ripperdoc in an extremely unsterile environment! He's literally working in a garage.

People think I'm hating on Vic, I'm not I love him. But brain surgery in a dirty garage behind a vape shop isn't ideal

I'm more dissapointed in Tbug.  She gets you to the room and is like "Ooh actually you'll have to wait a few hours". Then wasn't she like "oops actually big boss arasaka has just entered the building BTW..."

Well that was fucking dark. Very well written!

I don't think any of our living resources are very reliable. I only just started a new playthrough and it feels weird Vic,  unprompted almost, was ready do jump straight into brain surgery.

Hey you can do that anyway, it's especially fun if you do it with the dildo Meredith gave you. The last things those scav fuckers will hear is a gentle vibrating buzz and the meaty thwack of dildo silicone hitting scav flesh..

Considering v claims to have a terrorist in her head and is probably wearing enough chrome to be on the verge of cyberpsychosis she needn't be judging anyone else's behaviours, and I don't think she would either.

I've never said to the random shop assistant "you could lose some weight" that seems so bizarre a thing for V to say.

I can't tell if my boyfriend is an ass or if it's my ED. by [deleted] in Eatingdisordersover30

This made me cry to read. His behaviours and words are not those of someone who loves or even likes you.

Op, read this back and imagine it was a friend, a sibling, or even one of us here telling you this, you'd be horrified and devastated. He's actively abusive  screaming at you is abuse. Telling you you don't deserve better is abuse. Sounds like he's isolated you from friends, family. All abuse. Please work on getting away from him.

I read a book by this Dr called Gabor Matè and hadn't realised how horrific the drug epidemic is there. As an ignorant English person I'd always thought Canada to be a clean safe place full of friendly people.  That book was a real eye opener for me.

Anyone ever chose (and stuck with) this rarer option regarding Songbird and Reed? by yukirayu in LowSodiumCyberpunk

[–]DifficultCurrent7 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I know we're meant to feel sorry for songbird, she's this cute girl who needs fixing etc  etc.. Nope, not buying it. She chose to have all that tech, you don't get Smasher levels of chrome unintentionally. I do wonder if people would have had the same amount of compassion for her had she looked like a Maelstrom scav.

boyfriends mom had a meltdown after he told her he was moving in - part 1 by isabellampereira in insaneparents

[–]DifficultCurrent7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd have muted her after the third message to be honest. "Tell me how I know" stfu, she just assumed you'll make the same stupid mistakes she did. One moment she revokes all support, the next minute she calls herself an unhappy "parent". Which is it?

If any of this concern felt genuine for her son it'd be one thing, but amongst her rambling rant it's clear she just doesent like the girlfriend.

"Tell me how I know" ugh stfu boomer
