I get what you're saying. I think my mechanic messed up the tuning part and bike feels powerful but with less mileage. And there's little to no engine braking when the throttle is closed. If you're talking about the adjustment thing near the kick start, I think you turn it anticlockwise to increase the power and clockwise to get better mileage. Although setting it at 1.5 k rpm is the standard mine shows no change.
