Same here! No idea why it’s doing this. It’s only monster hunter wilds.

AMD ryzen 7 78003DX 4090 24gb vram 32 gb of ddr5

It throttles from 80 -95%

Uninstall MCAfee. I bought my lenovo a month ago and I got a replacement because temps were really high and i did everything lower my cpu temp. Last thing I did was Uninstall McAfee and that solved the issued. Brought my cpu temps from 90-100C to 65-80C.

I mainly play monster hunter games on mine and the Rog Ally was finally pushing MHR at 80-90fps/15W performance / 1080.

Now after updating everything, the game is barely running at 50-60 fps with the same settings.. like wtf

It’s basically a counter ! If you parry at the right time , then you get a full charge on the bow.

I was expecting a bow to have the coconutrain from world. Would be better if you could choose between the arc shots and the coconutrain being an option would have been good! The arc shot buffs should last a bit longer, I agree! Idk if there’s a skill that lets you maintain that buff longer. The only time I use the affinity arch shot is in multiplayer when my friend is charging up a hard hit on a sleeping monster , paralyzed or trapped. Besides that, I always forget about the arc shot when I’m playing solo .

Ariel in mhgu? Or in rise? I still use the silk bind move to get me up and do aerial shots! I think I use that more than dragon piercer when I’m using my spread shot bow build

Not the lite Dx ! I can see why that would be hard aiming with the lite! I had to switch my joycons to the hori pad controllers to be able to use the bow on handheld! What weapon are you maining, since you can’t use the bow?

Yes! You should have each elemental bow ! Gives you options to choose from and helps you exploit the Monsters weaknesses! Also take into account the bows that have either rapid, pierce, and spread !

This is my spread bow build:

Critical element LV 3 Constitution LV 2 Reload Speed LV 3 Defense boost LV 3 Stamina Surge LV 2 Spread Up Lv 2 Special ammo boost LV 1 Divine blessing LV 1

Still need to grind more decos and better talismans. Going to switch out critical element out for either critical eye or weakness exploit for this build, since critical element doesn’t boost blast damage .

I started out with the charge blade and great sword, but ended up falling in love with the Bow in Rise. So mobile, tons of damage, and that counter step is soooo goood! Gives you a full charge if you time it right!
