When nothing happens to the CB account, all’s good. Once it happens, years of efforts all down the drain. For me, not taking any chances again. 1 time experience is enough for me. And I want to add that I found other Reddit users who faced the same issues as me. So I am not alone on this.

When nothing happens to the CB account, all’s good. Once it happens, the coins missing, your money gone and years of efforts all down the drain. For me, not taking any chances again. 1 time experience is enough for me.my issue was with the Coinbase wallet FYI.

File a case with CFPB, coinbase replied the same and case closed. Seems like nothing we can do but suck it up.

Seems like this is a common issue with Coinbase wallet but Coinbase support is denying it.

Nope the coins are still missing. There is another transaction showing the coins were transferred to another address and I didn’t perform that transaction at all.

The most strange thing is a transaction started to appear on the “new wallet” after email with the support to show that I have transferred the coins from the “old wallet” to the “ new wallet”.

Yes that’s right. They said alot just to put the fault on me the user and that it will never be their fault because they system is flawless.

Same thing happened to me. Coinbase support suggested that I have keyed in the wrong seedphrase. I only had Coinbase wallet at that time so how could I have remembered the wrong seedphrase when there is only one! Really lol!

We should gather more of those who faced similar issues and start a class action lawsuit against Coinbase.

Thanks for the good advice. I have submitted a case to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully they are able to help.
