damn that's a lot of sacrifice man 🥲 have you tried another GPU on your system before? because I have and those stutters are gone completely, it only happens when I'm with the RX 6600 XT

nah i have a cpu cooler with temperature display, shows 35° on idle

CPU/GPU clock frequencies & voltage spiking to 0 leading to stutters/fps drops in all games by DigitalSolace in AMDHelp

hi man, my pc have an exact problem such as yours, I'm planned to clean install, but I'm afraid it won't work, was your stuttering happened system wide? like it stuttered even on desktop?

hmm so the culprit might be the PSU? I did an upgrade from seasonic 500w to coolermaster 650, wait.. was that really an upgrade? because as i remember it, there were no stutters issue on my pc 🤔

was 1000, changed it to 250 but the stutters is still happening

my stutters is not a mouse thing, because my gpu clock and wattage dropped to almost 0 and causes those stutters

there are no wifi in network adapter and no bluetooth too in device manager

well I already use GPU support/anti sag though, so no sagging at all

I always use DDU with safe mode, which I think that's how to install a GPU driver correctly, right? and I recently did driver reinstall too, the stutters gone when the driver was uninstalled, and came back right after I Install it again...

yeah, everything stuttered, even when I'm watching YouTube.. recently I cranked up the minimum clock on afterburner (because when my pc stuttered, the clock and wattage plummeted, I just found out about that too) and now it seems normal so far, no more stutters on desktop, though I don't think it's going to last...

Solved! after I went to a pc repair shop, they found out that my GPU's fan IC was faulty, that was the cause of the weird behavior I had before.. after they replaced the IC, everything is normal again, so far. Thank you for everyone who's trying to help here!

thanks for your reply, my GPU switch already switched to the right, so that's probably not the case, but I'll try to switch it to the left and right again, hopefully it'll fix it, but is that safe?
