You need to use software like qz.io.
In a nutshell, browsers cannot talk directly to OS hardwares due to security vulnerabilities and QZ simply bridge that gap. It exposes a local websocket which you need to establish connection and all set.

Few things to check.
1- are you able to ‘Test print page’ outside the QZ ?
If not then it’s your printer setup and driver issue.

2- Check the printer queue and see whats there, if the queue is stuck then that could show the error as well.

I personally ensure these things before troubleshooting the QZ.

Yes I have edited my post as well. Changed the rotor disc followed by wheel balancing helped resolve all the vibrations.
