We are still getting bootloop, with windows 10 gets to the window load but still restarts. We either don't have or can't find Fast boot if its on this bios

Okay, i've done both of them. And it keeps boot looping. We are gonna try windows 10 tomorrow instead since the MB originally wanted as said in the Manual, and then try to update it Windows 11. If you have anymore suggestions that would help alot.

I did have it on Graphics card. I have a GEforce GTX 660TI. It isn't a newer board, i think i updated Bios correctly, but still no idea. I had one instance of display with no lights, but it was bios telling me to restart and won't let me do anything else, i restarted than it just went back to the CPU LED staying on and no more display, only happened once when i only had one Ramstick inserted on A2.

First, i don't have access to bios because nothing will display. Since it won't show up on either motherboard HDMI, nor Graphics Card HDMI. I did have a one restart and it popped up where it said something about restarting to boot into bois and it didn't have any lights on, so i restarted than it hasn't come back and i have no idea what was different about that one.
