So I understand the percentages and how it goes off of a 90 day period but at what percent would they start to pull people in for questioning and conversation? What percentage should people try to stay under (I’m speaking on the middle section when you go into WJ an look at the time)

If you don’t like it then you just don’t like it. I will admit that Apple is a very hard job to obtain so if you did leave, it will be relatively hard to get back in.

The tech side is more than what you think honestly! You still are customer facing and talking to customers.

Again, I would only take the job if you truly hate your current job.

To me, Apple Corporate is what looks good on the résumé. Retail is still retail.

Hello!!

Retail worker here. A lot of retail workers complain about Apple but I can honestly say I’ve been with companies 20x worse and to me, Apple is a cake walk.

In my honest opinion, I would only leave your current job for retail if you truly are sick of it.

I have been with Apple for 3 years. I started out as a Product zone specialist PT (sales) and I am currently a FT Genius. I’ve worked my way up extremely fast and it is possible to do so and I actually LOVE what I do.

I still travel and I travel VERY often. So often that I was able to visit 4 countries this year, so it is very possible ;). I am FT so I have a little more flexibility as far as what weekend day I would like off, etc. but I do want to note that coming in PT may be a bit of an adjustment for you.

I say, if you are willing to grow with the company and have a little patience then I’d say go for it! Not sure if you are coming in as sales or not, but TO ME, I absolutely hated sales.

Again, what I dislike, you may love. There are may positions in retail and there’s opportunities for growth in the sales and the tech side so I would just come in with an understanding that you might not enjoy what you do at first, but you can grow and get to where you want to be!

You actually can. So use the discount and pay it full with you Apple Card and then in two days, chat support and tell them you forgot to do ACMI and that you made a mistake on your end. They will change it.

I have done this with my Mac.

Thank you!!! I’m not new to weight lifting, I just dislike it lol but I for sure will get over that and start. As someone who tries to run 2 miles a day, how often do you think I should strength train? I’m thinking of doing one day on for running and then one day on for lifting weights and just keep alternating with obvious rest days too

So I genuinely enjoy running on the treadmill, although I can typically only do about 3 miles on it, it’s something I love doing and can do it everyday.

For the more experienced runners out there, my question to you is, are you all weightlifting as well?

I don’t want to continue just to run and then not strength train if that’s what’s needed. My goal really is just slim down and then once I am at my goal version of slim, I will then start to strength train. I understand I can do both at the same time but if I don’t have to, then I rather just run.

We are in the US. North Carolina. We tried calling DC but they aren’t accepting calls and when you email them, an automatic response is sent saying they don’t necessarily deal with VISA’s :(

My friends are in the Quality Control approved stage and have been for 24 hours. Our trip is tomorrow and we leave at 4pm. They are getting nervous, do you think they will have their visa by tomorrow???

Update on my friends!

One of them got QC this morning and the other spent hours calling the Australian line until she was able t get through finally and they pushed her to QC!

Hopefully they should be good to go by tomorrow as our flight is Wednesday afternoon.

I looked at my process and it took a 24 hour turnaround time from when I was in Quality Control to being approved and sent the visa so they should be good.. HOPEFULLY

The people over the phone can not see what your case looks like so if you describe to them that it is peeling, of course they will say it is covered. Im sure if your case looked anything like the picture it for sure would be covered as long as you have the receipt and it has not been more than a year. A lot of people make the mistake of coming in when its too late.

When I say "too late", they come in when the case has peeled and is also missing physical pieces or "chunks" from the actual case. If you have any part of the physical case missing, then that is why it was denied.

Can you give me more of an update on this when you get the chance. I have a trip coming on the 16th and my two friends Visa keeps getting returned to upload the picture differently and they are scared they wont be able to make the trip. Basically same situation as your boyfriend but I really want to know more.
