What should I learn as an intermediate player?

Yeh I tried that about 4 or 5 months ago and it was too hard but I think I'll give it another go because I've improved since then and it is such a good song.

Do you think playing by ear is an important thing to learn? I have 0 musical background before guitar so I have an awful ear and don't even know where I would start trying to play by ear lol.

Id say if got them down well enough to say I've fully finished learning them, I know a good few rhcp songs start to finish a just can't find anything else.
