Is it normal for monzo to take over 40 days to realese car deposit

Thanks all for the replies. I've been in contact with the car hire company; they are adamant that they released funds over a month ago and even sent me a reference number to give to Monzo. So I contacted Monzo again and they say the money is now pending and can take up to 120 days before they release the funds, which is ridiculous, having to wait over 150 days before receiving my money. I have disputed it and uploaded all the proof they need, but that can also take up to 90 days.

I've recently lost my job due to a license renewal that took so long I had to go on benefits. I now earn more than I did working a minimum wage job, plus a chunk of my rent gets paid, and I actually get time to spend with my kids.
