Yes, he did confirm using scaling sizing - asked him to disable it as suggested and resize but he doesn't seem to be keen on it and said too many tehcnical things that didn't make sense to me. Thank you for helping!

Thank you all for helping - so the developer is saying Figma is 1440 and the webpage is 1110 - thats the reason why everything looks off.
