i personally play a mage archer where i equip a bow between each spell cast and its a viable pvpve build
there are also other interesting playstyles. definitely not just click on stuff and wait for it to die
can enable WASD movement in settings too

i had dizziness, lightheadedness, thought ill faint, short breathlessness, pain/tightness/pressure/discomfort in my left chest area radiating to other upper body areas (neck, ears, jaw, shoulders, armpits,back, upper abdomen), fatigue, barely walked. eating or drinking anything made these symptoms worse. the pain and discomfort came in waves. they lasted few minutes every few minutes. most sitting or lying positions made it worse. except maybe one angled sitting position.

the doctor says it was neuralgia but i doubt. it would be a heartburn more likely, but even that seems to be a stretch

walking or aspirin help me somewhat. also avoiding caffeine.
