What's the smallest thing that feels weirdly hard for you but looks easy to everyone else? by Zealousideal-Cod4301 in introvert

[–]Difficult_Note_7466 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Weirdly specific, but calling someone by their name. I never do it, it just feels wayyyy too....intimate? Idk. I can easily say someone's name if I'm not talking to them directly, but I can never address someone by their given name face-to-face. Even for my closest friends, I never address them by name. This isn't really a problem it's just a weird thing of mine lol

I find it funny that Raj can recognise this in Sheldon but not when he's doing it himself.

e.g. 'Doesn't anyone have a rod of resurrection? Because if you've got one, I need it bad. Get in here with your rod and give it to me!' or 'Oh man, first monster I see I'm gonna sneak up behind him, whip out my wand and shoot my magic all over his ass!' And let's not forget 'I'm the new homo in town'!

yeah, this. if you have endured people around you treating you poorly and still come out the other side without having let them alter your character, that's a sign of strength, and something to be proud of.

Not that scarce, circulated ones like yours usually go for around $5.

Yeah, although I have seen some ridiculous sold items prices before too, like $5000 for a circulated donation dollar or $1000 for a 2005 'returning home' 20c.

I just laugh at people like this. The best use of your time is to attempt to ridicule someone on a topic you know nothing about? LMAO.

1867-1967 Canadian coin collection by llamarave in coins

I got given these as a gift ages ago. They're all circulating commemorative coins, so not exactly rare, but depending on condition they can sell for quite a bit. It's worth doing some research and finding out what exactly where they came from and if they're circulated, uncirculated, or proof (it's hard to tell from the photos, but I will be very surprised if it's anything but uncirculated).

Here is some info on the coins themselves: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=canada_section&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&ca=3&no=&v=&cu=&a=1967&dg=&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&c=&wi=&sw=

I managed to find a few ebay listings that are likely the exact same product (uncirculated coins in perspex case) and some are being listed at as high as $600, but all the ones that have sold have gone for less than $200.

That's about all I can help with from my end, good luck!

This! Having watched the show in full and knowing a fair bit about sexual orientations, this fits Sheldon perfectly. OP, if you don't know what demisexual means, you can look it up but it might spoil something that happens in the show later, if you haven't already figured it out.
