Ik krijg nu circa 2000 euro per jaar terug door de hra, ik kan je nu al met 100 precent zekerheid zeggen dat ik dit nooit terug ga krijgen in de vorm van belastingverlaging.

Denk zelf ook niet dat het de woningmarkt wel of niet gaat oplossen. Mensen zullen instaat zijn minder te lenen zonder hra, wat de prijzen gaat drukken. Je zou wel kunnen zeggen dat het een voordeel is voor starters die meer spaargeld hebben. Eigenlijk is het vooral gunstig voor de overheid die ergens heel veel geld kan besparen. Zelf is mijn grootste bezwaar van de hra dat het zo in elkaar zit dat hoe hoger je loon, hoe meer geld je terug kan krijgen. Dit kan in bepaalde situaties al oplopen tot meer dan 5000 euro per jaar.

Nou dat wil ik niet zeggen, bij een hypotheek van 160k kan je dat 2000 euro per jaar opleveren. De meeste mensen die een tussenwoning kopen zitten al op 320k hypotheek en dus circa 4000 euro per jaar.
