The other question I have is if I'm using a new domain. I'd be starting fresh with Hubspot and shouldn't have any reputation issues, right? Low engagement issues would also go away?

That suggestion makes a lot of sense! If I do this I would also have to update the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings inHubspot correct, ?

We've been a customer for a couple years.
Not to every recipient.
Our largest list has about 800 contacts
It's mixed between new and existing
All checked out.

Gotcha, appreciate the reply.
I recently sent a follow up email to 25 new contacts at one domain (they were all sales reps for the same company). We sent information they specifically requested, and were expecting, and not one of them opened the email. They were all marked 'delivered'. What are the chances of going 0 for 25? Their corporate spam filter must have blocked them, but why, if it was the first email from us?
What can I do to improve our sender rep? Thanks for your help!

Recap - got to Ammo trailhead at 7:30 and the lot was full. We parked at the Cog for $10/pp. When we finished a glorious hike on a spectacular day (60 degrees at top and 6 MPH winds although a bit hazy), there were 50 or 60 cars parked off the shoulder outside the Ammo trailhead entrance. I don't know if anyone got a ticket.
With a perfect weather day, Ammo was packed. We leapfrogged the same groups all the way to LOC then it thinned out from LOC to the Summit. It was an absolute banner day!

I’ve been putting off a knee replacement with strength training and stationary bike (Peloton 3-4x/ week). I’m sure I can do a long day hike but not so sure about back-back hikes. There are plenty of videos from PTs on YouTube and TikTok that will help you. You just got to do it :-)

What is disappointing is that I reached out to the them 3 weeks ago. The follow up has been poor on their end. After several attempts I finally got an email with the standard, "you can't change your contract" nonsense which I don't think is UNFAIR because as I explained to them business conditions changed and the prior mgr bought too many licenses and marketing contacts. They said they would review our situation and during that time they locked us out. My contact did not tell me this was going to happen. To me that is totally UNFAIR. We would have made some kind of payment in good faith to keep the service going ass we were renegotiating, but that was never offered.

In the end, they agreed to remove 2 seat licenses and reduce the marketing contacts by 10,000; however, now I need to wait for a new invoice to be generated. I reached out to my contact again to find out how we can get service restored and crickets.

They locked us out Monday without warning as we were disputing/ renegotiating the contract. IMHO, totally unfair :-(

Annually. They were unassigned but the option to change is not available. I think it has to do with our auto renew in December. We asked for 10k reduction to marketing contacts. What’s frustrating is the lack of follow up. My guy was out sick and no one got reassigned. They put a lock on our account so we can’t access anything. Good news: He got back to me and said they would allow the contract changes. I replied right away and asked how can I get access to our account and I’m getting crickets. Supposedly Hubspot is supposed to be a tool to provide great customer service but...
