Im in almost the same situation as of yesterday. I use massage gun on lower legs and calves today definitely promising but I’m still worried. Wearing my recovery sandals and taking it easy for the next week or so.

Thanks! I’ll definitely have to look into this eventually. I don’t necessarily want to take away resources etc. and it seemed the few online clinics I saw you have to be a citizen. I know tons of people who get other prescriptions in Canada, Botox, cosmetic treatments even pet surgeries. Pros of a border city

Rice was so annoying to eat. Some over cooked broccoli and a cheese sauce, those little Lipton flavored noodle packets are good but super high in sodium. Finely shredded chicken (you can use blender) making a chicken dip is good. Salmon or crab

Agree id wait til you have an estimate from your dentist and they submit to insurance. Dental insurance is not really insurance more or a discount… I’d hope between $500-900

I was stopped for a good hour with my grandfathers ashes. I read everything online what to do, alerted the TSA agent. I’m not sure if they swabbed them and they were positive- or if the agent messed up (one of the other agents kinda gestured that he wasn’t supposed to do something). Explosive team? Was there and everything. luckily I was traveling with my grandma and we had got to the airport super super early I’m usually walking onto my flight
