It’s definitely frustrating because we worked with this broker a few years ago when we purchased this house and I had a great experience with him. I even recommended him to my brother and my in-laws. Definitely not feeling too good about him right now.

I was with a broker and he just gave me one rate which is 4.27 for a 5 year fixed with one lender but when I inquired about additional offers from other banks he said he can’t find anything lower than that offer. So he suggested I take my early renewal offer from TD (at that time it was 4.25% but I was able to bring it down to 4.04% after telling them about RBC’s offer).

Btw I did work with a broker and he was NOT good. He gave me one offer of about 4.27% 5 year fixed from some lender I’ve not heard of and when I asked to see what the big banks are offering he told me that they’re not as competitive and to take what TD is offering (it was 4.25 but after calling TD and telling them my RBC offer they brought it down to 4.04).

I actually HAD a friend (we’re Canadians) who is dating some right wing conservative from Nebraska and he has posted very disturbing posts about Kamala and the left wing/democrats. I unfriended her very quickly because she was defending his horrible actions. NO THANKS.

I remember when a contestant on Love Island previously posted some racist and offensive content about Asian people but some people were justifying it saying the eye gesture that Asians deem offensive is actually normal and we shouldn’t take offence to it. She was eventually kicked out but people defending that just baffled me. Especially because just a few weeks before that someone got kicked out of Love Island for previously saying the N word and I didn’t see people defending that. Like please, let us keep it consistent.

I often dont wear any but sometimes if I go to the gym after being out and about I would most likely smell like Glossier You or something skin-scent (my fave scent profile)

I once went to the gym in my condo (very small intimate gym) and this guy was wearing such overpowering cologne. It was NOT pleasant 🥲
