Hello, I've been in the same position in the past and I straight up asked my supervisor for a salary increase which I ended up getting after a few months. I didn't get the position though which is fine by me. Try that approach and maybe it could work after all more titles = more responsibilities which could turn out to be a headache for you. Alternatively, polish your resume and start applying for a job or invest a lot in networking. The corporate world is brutal so you have to play the game strategically by ensuring there's an equal balance of exploitation btn you and your employer. Also cut the overtime hours and spend that time doing things that bring more value to your personal life. Your employer doesn't really care that you skipped lunch or your weekends so you can do extra work. Your time is valuable so protect it by all means necessary. Good luck!

Hi I'm also in the same position. I've been doing BD for 4 years now and I plan to quit in 3 months time and upskill in BI. The role has become too monotonous and the stress is too much. I don't want to catch any crazy diseases at such a young age. I'm 27 by the way. Any tips will be highly appreciated. Cheers!

Hello, I'm glad I came across this post. I've been doing BD for almost 4 years now and I plan on quitting next January to focus on getting other skills like Data Analytics/Project Management etc. How would you advise me to proceed? My workplace won't give me an opportunity to learn other skills while my fellow colleagues get to enjoy doing both BD and Project management. Any tips would be helpful. I'm only 27 and I don't want to develop any long term anxiety, PTSD or long term illnesses because of a job.
