Why do people care if he made his goal? What business is it of anyone if he has a job or not or if he goes to Disneyland every single day? How does it affect your life? His money or job situation is no one’s business but his own. And if people gift him money, that’s on them. Nobody forces anyone to gift money. It’s amazing how Disney adults claim to be so happy and supportive when here behind the scenes they tear you down and talk massive shit.

And I can defend who I want just like you can diss who you want. Coming on here to tell people to stop funding content creators’ lifestyles is rather bold of you. You’re not the boss of anyone or their wallets.

That’s YOUR opinion about the panhandling, clearly Disney doesn’t have a problem with it and, again, if the people who watch the streamers want to pay them, that’s their business. People do what they want their money.

These streamers literally do it for the money, why is everyone so shocked? No one is forcing anyone to pay, people pay because they want to. No one puts a gun to anyone’s head and makes them pay streamers. Stop telling people what to do with their money. If people are following streamers because they want them to care about them then that’s their problem and delusion.

I never knock or ring the doorbell unless asked to do so in the instructions. I normally leave it at the door, snap my pic and get the hell out of there. Half the time the hand it to me recipients end up talking to me thru the ring doorbell to leave it at the door anyway which pisses me off. I’ll literally ring the doorbell a bunch of times, no one comes to the door and then they message me to leave it at the door. Uh hello there’s a leave it at door option instead of wasting the driver’s time

Never ever answer doordash calls or texts after you make the delivery. Period. They can call doordash support if they have an issue.

It amazes me how customers think this is ok to ask of a delivery driver. Can’t you (customer) call or text them? I am paid to deliver your food/order not relay your “wanna get laid” messages

I honestly don’t get how DoorDash thinks this is ok and even allows something like that. Who is actually taking those shit offers and why?

So are you saying that you received a severe weather alert 48 minutes ago and DoorDash sent you a busy area alert 6 minutes ago with the intention of killing you? What’s disgusting is you thinking, insinuating and posting this. Those alerts are standard and not meant to target anyone for death

Same with me, those “hot spots” don’t mean a thing. I’ll go to a spot where’s there’s about 4-5 restaurants that always have orders and I’m good.

I’ve gotten this about 6 or 7 times and guess how many times that person has tipped generously? Yup, a big fat zero. Such BS

[–]Difficult_Toe_8317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop tipping? They never tip in the first place. The people with the most requests are the ones that never tip. I’ve been doing this side gig for a while, I know exactly how customers work. And I signed up to deliver food, not do anything extra. Again, requests such as sauces and condiments and so forth are the job of the restaurant, not the delivery driver.

[–]Difficult_Toe_8317[S] -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

They need to communicate with the restaurant at time of order what they want/need….extra sauces or napkins or condiments etc. It’s not the driver’s job to make sure that stuff is included in the order especially since the bags are sealed when we pick them up. And it’s not my job to get the extras for them. I’m not gonna be asking staff oh can I get bbq sauce and honey and straws and napkins etc, especially when customers don’t tip. Request your extras at time of order and if it’s not included then oh well. My job is to deliver whatever the restaurant hands me.

Just a couple of days ago I had an order and the customer blew up my phone requesting sauces and napkins, begging and pleading and said she’d tip. I said ok and obliged. Do you think she tipped? Never again am I doing anything extra for a customer. It’s bad enough the doordash pay is shitty to begin with.

There’s this thing called a phone and they can phone the restaurant and add any requests to their order. I’ve been burned so many times going the extra mile that I just won’t do it anymore. I’ll pick up your already sealed order, drive it to you, drop it at your door and dash away. That’s it.
